Thank you for joining the Love to Swim Scheme this is your first step towards learning a skill that will last you a lifetime.

To ensure all our customers are treated fairly it is important that the following terms and conditions are adhered to.

1. PAYMENT

Places cannot be reserved without payment which must be made at the time of booking.

2. USE OF FACILITIES
The course fee is valid for the duration of the lessons only. Use of the facilities either before or after is not permitted unless you are a paid up member or resident.

3. REFUNDS
The course fee is not refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, an application can be made to the Love to Swim coordinator in writing supported by a Doctor’s note. Nor is it possible to reschedule your lesson and if you miss a lesson then unfortunately, you will lose the lesson.

4. POOLSIDE
Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the pool, pool side or adjacent areas. Outdoor shoes are to be removed or covered with blue overshoes if provided by the venue. Flip flops or similar may be brought to the venue specifically to wear on poolside. Drinks, food or sweets etc are not to be consumed or taken into the pool, pool side or adjacent areas. Parents can view lessons from the dedicated viewing area only.

5. APPEARANCE
For the safety of themselves and others, jewellery must not be worn during the lessons. In addition, swimming hats should be worn for the purpose of safety and hygiene.

6. CANCELLATION
Occasionally it may be necessary to postpone lessons at short notice, to compensate the customer; where possible the lesson will be re-scheduled. Love to Swim are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money if you are unable to attend a lesson.

7. SWIMMING TEACHERS
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the named instructor teaches for the duration of the course, from time to time it may be necessary to use replacement teachers. All Teachers are qualified to Swim England standards.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND / VIDEOING
As part of our commitment to Child Safeguarding, the taking of photographs and videoing is strictly prohibited.

9. FINAL DECISION
The decision of the Love to Swim Coordinator will be final in all aspects relating to the Love to Swim Scheme.
